I recently had breast surgery. What products will I need?
Depending on the type of surgery you’ve had, we offer several products. If you have a lumpectomy or portion of your breast removed, a silicone partial works great to smooth out and create more symmetry. If you have had a mastectomy, we carry post-surgery camisoles immediately after surgery. The post-surgery camisoles have pouches for drains and special pockets to accommodate a lightweight post-surgery breast form. Once your doctor tells you are ready, you’ll be fitted for a breast prosthesis and mastectomy bra.
Do I have to make an appointment to get fitted for a bra?
Appointments are highly recommended for our trained staff to provide one on one attention with fitting all your personal mastectomy and post-surgical compression garment needs. Walk-ins are welcome to browse our selection of merchandise and accessories when the store is open, but appointments will have priority. Returning customers that have already been fitted and need to purchase more garments can come in without an appt. We will post a sign when we are in a fitting appointment. Please call the store before coming out and we will let you know if we have appointments scheduled.
What if I want to come in and buy a bra without trying it on?
Returning customers that have already been fitted and need to purchase more garments can come in without an appt. Please be mindful that sizes may vary by vendor, and it may be best to get fitted for different vendors. We will post a sign when we are in a fitting appointment.
Can I purchase my items over the phone or on your website?
First-time purchases that require a fitting appointment must be made in the store. Returning customers can make purchases over the phone for the same items or accessories.
Do you take insurance?
At this time, Love is Pink does not process insurance claims. We recommend that you contact your healthcare provider to better understand your specific coverage allowances and out of pocket fees.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Items can be returned and/ or exchanged in their original packaging and with all tags on the garment.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Yes, feel free to bring your support person with you. We all need extra support sometimes.

Can items be drop shipped directly to my home address?
Yes, if we don’t have your item in stock, we can have it drop shipped directly to you.
Do you accept donations and how can I help?
Donations can be made to help with the cost of providing a compression bra or sleeve to those that can’t afford it.
